Handpainted Sohrai Painting with Natural Sand Colours (A4 Unframed)

Sohrai is a tribal folk art of Jharkhand, and this piece carries its traditional motifs onto paper in natural sand colours. The painting is done entirely by hand using traditional techniques, so each one comes out slightly different from the next and is one of a kind.

It measures A4, roughly 8.3 by 11.7 inches, and arrives unframed, which leaves the framing choice to you and suits whatever the room already holds. The sheet is light and easy to mount, working as well on a living room wall as in an office, a gallery corner or an ethnic interior. It also travels well as a gift or an addition to a small art collection.
