Handpainted Gond Art Tree of Life Painting – Traditional Tribal Folk Wall Art (36 × 50 Inches)

A Tree of Life rises across this vertical canvas, its branches crowded with birds and fine detailing built up in the patterned style of Gond art. The tree stands for growth, prosperity, harmony and abundance, and for the interconnectedness of life — a subject drawn from the nature imagery and folklore of the Gond community.

The painting is made entirely by hand, in acrylic colours on canvas, by traditional Gond tribal artisans in Madhya Pradesh. At 36 × 50 inches it suits a feature wall or a spacious room, and because every line is painted by hand, no two pieces are identical. One painting is included.

Dust gently with a soft dry cloth, keep it away from moisture and water, avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners, and display it indoors.
